I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Rover.com (Spokane, WA) in Jul 2017
Interview
Once applied I was given a questionnaire to fill out. After that I was called for a phone interview asking a series of different questions about my history with jobs and behavior. I was then contacted to do an in person interview where I was able to get to know the employer and see if I was the right fit.

Interview
Emailed resume and cover letter, emailed back to answer further questions, phone interview. Then 3 back to back 30 minute interviews with a different Rover.com employee. Persons 1 and 2 asked me the exact same questions in the exact same order I had already answered in the email prior. The wording was even the same. It wasn't like a question was similar but changed up. Nope. I felt a bit mad repeating myself over and over. I'm unclear if it was poor planning on someone or my application wasn't really read. It didn't seem like a chance for them to learn anything new. They each asked the same "fun and spontaneous" question: if you were in a band what would you play and what would you sound like.

Interview
One written question (email) interview, two phone interviews, and in-person interview with two-three current employees (each one on one). Initially, they send you an email advising your application is being processed. You will then receive an email with questions requesting a written reply to all the questions. If passing that step, you will receive an email advising that you've made it to the next step and set-up a time for a phone interview. From there, they will advise someone will reach out to schedule second phone interview. Then once the second phone interview has been completed, you will receive an email requesting to schedule one last in-person interview at the office with as little as two employees up to five employees (not specified in email).
