The interview process was a perfect mixture of welcoming, relaxed, yet professional. The team did a fantastic job of highlighting the job responsibilities and the daily life in CX. They were open about challenges and direct with me on the immediate need. I not only learned a lot during my interview but can say with confidence that the interviewers were prepared and engaged.

Interview
Everyone was very friendly and genuinely wanted to get to know me. The questions were not too hard, and mostly revolved around certain hypothetical scenarios and past experiences. Overall, the interview process took a little longer than others I've done, but I appreciated that they were being thorough and intentional.
