They very quickly got in touch with me and arranged a phone screening interview with HR. The interviewer couldn’t answer most of my questions and she showed indifference, which made me feel uncomfortable through the entire call. With regards to her questions, she asked very unclear questions about my current role, and quite basic for such a position. They emailed me after a couple of days to let me know they wouldn’t go forward with my application. I wanted to have some feedback on why they made this decision and the interviewer never got back to me. This attitude is really disappointing and slightly shows the poor empathy HR has towards people.
