I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rover.com in Sept 2024
Interview
I had a phone call with the recruiter and was immediately moved forward in the process. The next step was an assignment in which I had to rank each scenario by how fast I would resolve them. Scenarios included "Taylor Swifts dog being in trouble" and a case involving SA. After submitting the assignment (which took an hour, per their instruction) I received a denial from a no-reply email. This email wasn't the same as the one that TA had been using to communicate with me, so I reached out to the recruiter to ask for feedback on the assignment. I was promptly ghosted.
