Phone call with lead coach, followed by only manager, and both owners. Took trial class started right away with 1 day of training. Asked about longevity. No reward for staying long term.

Interview
There wasn't one. I knew the managers and met the owner a few weeks after applying to start. I was hired on the spot and went from there. You don't need to do much prep or anything in terms of preparing. Overall, great experience.
