Interview
I knew a Senior Consultant who was acting in a management role. My initial interviews were with her and a senior consultant. The final stage was to meet with the Managing Director. The first stagesof the process was great- but the Managing Director was extremely flustered and difficult to engage with. No eye contact whatsoever
