Interview
In my case, I being from Colombia, they have a hiring partner, and this partner will ask you for all your information, work history, english level and personal paperwork. After all of that is gathered they will schedule an interview by skype with a special recruiter from the company who will determine if you continue with the hiring proccess. If you continue, you just have to wait for your contract to arrive and then they will tell you to wich country you will have to join the ship. You will have to pay your own flight ticket and they will arrenge a hotel room where a bus will pick you up and take you to the ship.

Interview
The interview wa s by skype, and the interviewer didn`t open the camera. She was calm and patient. The questions were all about the dinner duty. She asked about the courses, the name of them. How was the first night and how we introduced to the guestes.
