I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group (Miami, FL) in Nov 2019
Interview
Took about a solid month and a half. I had gone through 2 phone interviews and then was given a case study/presentation to put together before the end of the week. I then had to present my case study to the team. Again another phone interview with another team member. This all made me feel good though because it meant they were interested in me. Only downside was that I had to wait 2.5 weeks for a final response.

Interview
My first interview was over the phone, then my next was over teams. Every one was very friendly and encouraging, but they promptly ghosted me after giving me false hope.

Interview
The actual interview process was great, very informative and kind people. The problem is getting a response back EVER. This is the second time I apply for a position at this company where I make it to the final round of interviews and get completely ghosted. Very disrespectful as this is someone's future they're dealing with.
