This company is a scam. Classic bait and switch. I interviewed in their Quincy office. The initial interview lasted a total of 20min. The interviewer was 10min late and rambled for most of the interview on how much "fun" it is to work here and how "if you work hard enough you can earn a trip to the Bahamas". The interviewer refused to answer any questions on anything the company does: ie corporate structure, pay and benefits, the position itself. The interview occurred in the CEO's office while he sat in the secretary's desk. This was the only room on site that you could look into. The interviewer contradicted general information found on their "website". The interviewer did not ask any relevant marketing questions. The structure of the interview was for them to simply talk fast and throw exciting buzz words to make you think that the company is profitable. The second round of the interview is a 9:30am-5:00pm shadow that is uncompensated. Overall it a very unprofessional setting and interview process. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. IT IS ALL A SCAM.
