Royal Management Inc interview questions

The interview was very sketchy. There was another person with me in the room, and the guy kept comparing us to themselves, and once made a racist joke towards the other person. At one moment it was so sketchy I even thought I am in some YouTube prank video. He kept talking more about himself than asking us questions. Whenever we asked something he gave a very ambitious answer. He seems very full of himself and would not stop talking about how great this company is. Seems like a terrible work environment honestly, and I would advise anyone to stay away from it. The most inappropriate and unprofessional interview I have ever been a part of.

There was a preliminary virtual group interview where the main interviewer would ask fairly general questions to each individual to assess if this was a position that each of them would be comfortable in. Then, if passed, there was a second in-office interview where they asked fairly standard questions (e.g. tell me about yourself, what do you offer, what are your strengths/weaknesses, etc.).
