Two interviews where a presentation was involved and then had to meet different levels of managers. One was with an HR person and the other was with the department manager.

Hiring process involved 1st interview, reference check, 2nd interview and overall the process took about 1.5 months. The process took too long and I found that the questions asked were not entirely relevant to the job. The interview panel was too broad and my second interview was with someone whom I would not directly work with.
