Ruby Labs Localization Project Manager interview questions

The talent recruiter was very polite and friendly. Most of the questions were relevant to the actual position, even though the company didn't seem to have a lot of experience with the industry of localization. The last 10 minutes included a "logic test". If you've ever taken an IQ test, then this is the same but they only give you 10 minutes. It was completely unnecessary and has nothing to do with anyone's ability to do a job they have been doing for years.
