Interview
It was casual but professional. I was asked about my serving history. It was quick and fairly painless. The manager was respectful. I was interviewed at a time of day where there wasn't too much traffic so I got his full attention. It was extensive enough to let me know it was a decent establishment but not too outlandish or intensive.

asked a lot of customer service questions. Not to hard of an interview. Just smile a lot and act like you're going to be at the job for the rest of your life and they will hire you.

I applied online and was contacted for an interview within an hour. Easy interview, very basic questions. Lasted about 15 minutes. I was asked about my availability and was offered the job on the spot. The whole process took a day.
