The Whole process took around 4 weeks from the first interview to the offer.. The interview process consisted of 3 rounds: 1-The head of talent acquisition (Discussing the role applied for and a bit of introduction) 2- The future manager and People Ops Lead ( Discussing Soft skills & Technical skills and handed an assignment / task) 3- The CEO (Background experience, , Discovery questions, Personality analysis, overall evaluation) Each and every phase was very smooth, professional, friendly and well organised starting from the initial call to the offer.. I was informed with all the updates regarding my application as if it was a real time!
