Very easy and transparent. They were happy to accommodate my busy work schedule and were understanding of the challenges that I was facing in making a career move. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I appreciate them for that.

I interviewed with Russell Tobin for a recruiter position. The interview was very unstructured, which seemed odd for a recruiting firm hiring for a recruiter. The second person I was supposed to talk to simply didn't show up, so I showed myself out.

Interview
I went through multiple rounds of interviews with different people throughout the span of roughly three weeks.
Interviews were around 30 minutes each and ranged from people I’d be directly working with to people in more senior roles in different areas.
At the end of the interview process I was ghosted.

A recruiter by the name of Jill reached out to me on LinkedIn about a role she was sourcing for. I was taken aback when she asked me for the month and the day I was born OR the last four digits of my social so she can put me in their system and/or so they can help identify me. As if my name wouldn't suffice! I've never heard of any recruiting agency asking such questions! I didn't even fill out any paper work or anything. I want others to be AWARE of my negative experience.
