Applied online and received email about 3 weeks later asking for an interview. Also did a "predictive index" testing which takes about 10 minutes to determine your personality type. Phone screen set up about 30 days AFTER application.

Why I left or want to leave? What is/was your last role and job duties( you know the stuff written in your resume). Any experience with sales partnership? Training? Any floor coating experience? Product demonstration experience? Salary requirements
This is NOT a typical brand job. It's more of a product job that helps the sales team
Interview was thorough and very conversational. Wished the job offered more remote flexibility. In office requirement is too much and need more flexibility. Interviewer was very kind, engaged, and patient.
