I was referred to Rybovich through a recruiter. I had a roughly 35 minute phone conversation with the department head, which went well, and an opportunity for an in person interview was offered from there. A few days later we agreed upon a date, time, and location for the interview. The interview took all day, and I met most if not all of the critical people involved in the company at that location, including department heads from other departments. Lunch was provided while meeting with some of the senior team members at the on site restaurant. All of the people I met seemed to be friendly and dedicated. After the in person interview, I was asked to apply to the official job posting online, and then sent a personality/skills assessment to complete. An offer followed a few days later, but was well under the threshold to incentivize moving to West Palm Beach from my current location and position.
