I interviewed for a Frontend Engineer role.
Overall, the interview experience itself was positive. The interviewers were friendly, professional, and created a comfortable environment throughout the process. The culture also came across as collaborative and welcoming during my interactions with the team.
The process consisted of an initial screening stage, followed by a take-home assignment, and then an on-site interview where I presented and explained my assignment, along with technical discussions related to frontend development.
My main feedback is around communication. During the interview process, I was informed that I would receive an update within the same week. After following up, I did not receive a response, and the final outcome was communicated through an automated rejection email several months later.
While I understand that hiring timelines can change and decisions may take longer than expected, I would have appreciated more proactive communication regarding delays or status updates. Aside from that, my interactions with the team were positive, and I came away with a good impression of the people I met.
