Interview
Stage 1- Online smart form, asking for expected salary, experience and details. stage 2 - a seemingly pointless video editing task, of a man putting up a shelf, to be made into the style of another kind of video. stage 3 - video call interview. After stating what my expected salary was in stage 1, I was met with stage 3 of the interview (after having done the editing task), to be told the actual salary which was very low. I wouldn't have continued if I had known the salary was this low. Using your own laptop/PC, working from home - using your own wifi and electricity, and with £50,000 student debt from a relevant video editing degree, the rate of pay did not reflect.
