The interview consisted of three rounds, including the first one with Human Resources. They also required two writing samples. They had a competency interview where they asked about eight to ten questions requiring examples, so that was a difficult one. Now the department has been mostly eliminated.

Describe a project where you worked on something with someone else.
It was a comprehensive interview process. I had the opportunity to get-to-know the team and hiring leaders. The interview panel was invested in getting to know me and my experiences. An impressive campus!
Rigorous but good. Skills are a main goal for them, what they don’t have to teach you. Although they want a team player. 3 interviews, all with different people. Third interview they offer the job.
