It changes constantly…but there are multiple interviews and personality quizzes, sometimes an aptitude test. I was offered a job the first day; I have seen it take weeks. They try different models, different interview techniques on a rotational basis.
While we're a little bit more selective than just a pulse, though we do prefer if you have one, we'd rather you come in wearing ripped jeans than a suit. We're just that kind of place.
