Was referred by an employee. Met with the Creative Director and was offered a job that day. They gave me a week to think about it before I accepted. I provided the salary and benefit package from another offer and they matched.

Several interviews. I think I had to talk to everyone at the agency. I met with the team I would be working with. I interviewed with the guy over the division. he was creepy. and the woman who was over HR, she seemed clueless.
