Interviewees are made to attend a test, a very basic one with Math, English, Reasoning, and GK. Then the interview is conducted where basic details are asked. For an entry level position it was expected.

IQ test is the most tough... online test need logical reasoning ability and English grammatical knowledge.
In the group discussion only general topic related to current affairs, one who is able to express his/view is been selected
PI is fully about family background, eagerness to work in sales etc..
These r the main qualities which the company is looking in the candidates.
