Interview process comprises 2+1 round as told initially whereas
1. Technical round
2. Managerial Round
3. HR Round.
Initially two rounds are quiet healthy and depth discussion about project work and technical skill-set and scenario based questions.
Twist starts hereby, with Positive feedback of both rounds, HR called up and stated to have one more round of interview with AGILE COACH stating not to disclose interview happened with Senior Manager(referring..Managerial round). Asking why to HR, an erroneous reply he gave, we wanted a Project LEAD to be acting as AGILE Scrum Master also, whereas it was NOWHERE mentioned in JOB DESCRIPTION nor to my profile even.
Also requested not to disclose this round of interview to Consultancy which is taking care of scheduling all rounds of interviews.
Finally, post 1 hour of AGILE COACH interview with deep dive, HR called up and stated we would like to inform AGILE COACH feedback is mixed not positive, stating we have 8 other candidates are in pipeline.
One of worst interview ever faced in IT industry.
Macro Management, Deception to candidates, Zero Transparency.
Waste of 3 weeks.
