Interview
It was an internal transfer so we didn't do any formal interview process. The supervisor is attentive and helpful. I was trained by a senior operator who was genuinely nice.

Why are you interested in this position? How long are planning to work?
Interview format was very comfortable and open. Interviewer wanted to learn a lot about the best previous work experiences and the very worst. Also what was done to solve the unpleasant work experiences.
