I arrived 20 minutes early for my interview, which did not work out well, as the interviewer did not arrive until much later. The location had a lot of security so I wasn't allowed to go in until someone came to get me, which took awhile. The interview starts with observing another agent, which I understand now is to let the prospect get an idea of what we do here, but at the time felt like I was just kept waiting for a long time. The earlier portion of the interview was pretty straightforward, asking about my background, then he had me do some more observation. I didn't have anywhere to be immediately after, so I wasn't bothered that we'd gone over the allotted time he said it would take, but I was concerned about how the business operates if it was not one that respects people's time. I spoke with him and his assistant manager after more observation and was hired on the spot.
