SEC interview questions

Resumes are reviewed and picked by certain staff specific to the group you are applying to. At least 3 rounds of interviews, depending on the group. Questions at the initial round follow a standardized, pre-defined structure designed to ensure consistency, fairness, and effectiveness in evaluating candidates across different interviews.

The interviewers were very friendly. They wanted to know my motivations for federal/public work. They were very passionate about their job. Also gave me opportunities to talk about my personal interests.
