Interview
Stage one was an online application form, covering past experience (CV) and competency based questions. The next stage was an interview made of 8 stations of MMIs (also competencies based) and then a computer based call listening/typing test, where you had to listen to sample calls and type responses to questions into a form.

The interview is easy, and the Trust makes sure to give a fair chance to everyone.
The interviewers are very friendly, making sure you feel comfortable with them before they move on to the interview questions.

They are focusing on communication skills in difficult situations. They will give you several situations and want to know how would you react in those.

Interview
Comfortable and easy going. Not intensive or stressful. Group interview and mini assessment if successful after. Took a couple of hours but was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. Sit with other people who have applied and made it through to interview process.
