I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at SEEK (Melbourne) in Dec 2025
Interview
The first time I applied, I never received a response (ghosted).
The second time, I received a response at the last minute asking me to do a take-home coding assignment that was very easy but time-consuming. Then a few weeks later I was told the role is no longer available.
Their internal recruiter was polite and communicated well. They also preferred to communicate over WhatsApp instead of email or SMS.

Question 1
Take-home assignment to implement Java code, with tests, to read a file and analyse it
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SEEK (Melbourne) in Apr 2023
Interview
Straight forward. Only 2 rounds. First is technical, second is behaviour. The interviewers are very engaging and gave positive feedback. Interview process consist of an OA and a video interview. OA is your generic Leetcode/Hackerrank type of questions. … If you pass those, you move onto what they call the assessment centre which is held over two days. First day is an intro to Seek, an agile activity and the behavioural interview. On the second day is two pair programming sessions
There was a codility test, technical challenge made up of coding and design, and a behavioural interview. It was not too difficult and the interviewers were okay. The coding challenge felt a little dated
