Interview Process was very well defined and they asked very practical related to the type of work they want from an employee of that position. Overall, interview process was very good and was of only 2 rounds #1 with HR and 2# with Manager and after clearing the rounds that offered me the offer letter hand to hand. The best part about the interview was that, they did not asked any headache type questions like, why you are looking for change or why you want to leave your previous organization etc. I guess, their aim is just to hire the best out of many with some very smart questions. And, I actually felt like, i am going to be a part of company having real Digital Marketing professionals who really cares for their commitments to the clients and take all projects seiously.
