Interview
The process consisted of 3 phone interviews (the hr recruiter, the hiring manager and the vp of sales) and 5 in-person interviews ( the hr recruiter, hr director, hiring manager, vp of sales and division president) at their corporate headquarters. All were cordial and very inquisitive as expected, but good give and take from both sides. I thought I aced the interviews, but was not offered the position.

Interview
The interviewers were very nice and accomodating. Just too casual for the interview and many delays for the next stages. There are four stages because it's a one day processing but the result will take about one to two weeks as per their advisory. The environment was good.
It is one of the smoothest interview experiences. The interviewer makes the interview informal which makes me less nervous. It is a good experience. The interview was informed at least one week before which makes me prepared.

Interview
Nothing special in the process. National Sales Manager took the interview and the next day the Sales Head. After a month i got the offer. Interview was Ok nothing difficult and it was overall a moderate experience.
