They don’t seem to care about experience. They are willing to train their way. Friendly people. Interviewed at the property and at the corporate office. Both interviews were about an hour. Nice offices.

Interview
My interview process was a phone call and then 2 separate in-person interviews. One at rhe property and one at Corporate with the Regional. I was told it's usually only 2 interviews but the regional couldn't make it to the interview at the property.

Imagine your a crayon inna box, which color would you be and why?
I'm amazed that anyone is employed at SHAG. I have applied multiple times over the course of my career for various positions, been told that they are interested and scheduled for interviews... and then nothing. The hiring managers don't show up. Hence the difficulty rating. Not exactly the best impression of the SHAG employee experience.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We value all potential employees time and do not intentionally schedule interviews that we miss.
