I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SIGNET Electronic Systems (Norwell, MA)
Interview
I had a phone screen with someone in Human Resources first, from there I was recommended to have a call with the Vice President of Sales, Once I completed that I was asked to come into the office and meet with the VP of Sales, as well as 4 other people. It was time consuming as each person met with me separately and each of them had pretty much the same questions. The entire in person interview lasted about 3 hours, at the end the VP introduced me to the CEO, I was then told that he was going to get feedback from everyone and reach back out. I heard back a couple of days later and was given a verbal offer, the formal offer took about 1-2 weeks to be emailed to me. I signed the offer and completed the background info paperwork. To my knowledge the background ONLY includes criminal history, which is basically a CORI check here in MA.

Interview
Phone screen followed by an in person interview. It was pretty basic, two managers just asked me about my job history then gave me a few technical scenarios and asked for my thoughts. All very reasonable questions didn't take too long, everyone was on time and I got a tour after.
