Initial screening, technical interviews on product knowledge and problem-solving, practical application scenarios, cross-functional discussions, and final job fit assessment with managers. and technical leadership at the site of the job
Good interview, open people, very relaxed atmosphere. Did 2 rounds of interview, 1 by phone and 1 face to face. The second interview involved engineering manager, country hr and a senior engineer. Asked me questions on education, work experience and conflict resolution.
