Initial communications were very clear and professional. I received a call from the recruiter following our in-person conversation at a career fair. Several weeks from then I received a call from an actual employee and was interviewed for a specific position. Then I attended the recruitment day where along with other candidates. Each of us delivered a technical presentation, we also played several team-building games.

Difficult and mentally challenging. Requires up to 3 stages. 1-group dynamics where you are tested in groups. You have group activities and is watched. After group activities you have group interview and you eliminate your own group-mates. At this stage, be selfish and think of yourself. You want this job as much as they do. 2-individual interview. Only selected individuals after the group stage make it here. This is where technical & personality questions are asked. Be prepared. 3-managerial stage iv. Didn’t made it to this stage
