SLB came for internship in my college. We had 3 rounds initially and than the final interview round. 17 students including me got shortlisted out of which 8 were girls. Guess what? Only those 8 females were allowed to sit for the interview and we men were rejected from interview round even w/o getting a chance to give the interview. Finally 5 out of those 8 girls were selected for the internship
