They'd particularly highlight your experience working at a think-tank/nonprofit/educational institution (if any), and what kind of academic papers you have worked on. I think in my case they also asked what kind of difficulties I had encountered as a translator/editor and how I overcame them. Fyi, an editor usually has to translate as well, hence the questions and test on translation.
