The interview process started with a virtual Teams interview, followed by an on-site interview and office tour. I was able to meet with members of the department, as well as members outside of the department. The entire process was well-organized, from the initial application and screening to the final rounds of interviewing. All of the individuals I met with were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in getting to know me as a candidate.
