Through a recruitment agency , then a telephone interview then met the Purchasing Director face to face. A detailed and prolonged two hour interview during which I was allowed to ask questions and give an extensive account of my background and skills

After a call from the recruiter to see my interest in the position, I got an onsite interview with the manager and HR who asked the standard questions. The interview lasted about one hour with a walkabout around the factory. Standard, easy recruitment process.
