Interview questions mainly test your knowledge of the rail industry, not many technical questions asked.
"Which is better, SMRT or SBS?"
"How does Singapore's transport system compare to Hong Kong 's"
"What is your impression of SMRT?"

Interview
Before panel interview, first you will complete an online assessment which you need to do an on-demand interview, a personality questionnaire and ability test.
After shortlisted will you then go on a face to face panel interview with HR manager and department head. Kind of a informal chat with them for them to know about you and for you to know about company and culture. Asked technical questions with respect to your area of knowledge and usual behavioral questions.

- Case Study, you will be given a few topics and you pick one to talk about the problem, stakeholders involved as well as the solution

- told me that it would take 2 weeks to let me know the result, but I got it the day immediately after
Engagement Session
- tell you about the job offer and what not.
Got a call past 10pm telling me that I am offered this pay and this benefit.. Ask me to decide by next day 12pm. Literally less than a day to consider.
