Interview
This is a bait and switch kind of interview. I was brought in under the guise that I was applying for a management position. What I was REALLY applying for was a door-to-door salesman. And if you are successful at that after a year and a half, then you can get moved up to Manager position. Don't be fooled like I was.

Interview
I was going to rate this a positive interview until I realized after the interview that I was lied to by the interviewer. There is NO guaranteed pay or base salary like he said there was in the first interview. He said I start off by making $500-600 a month, yea if I sell enough products. Another thing is they don't tell you that this is a door to door salesman job. You HAVE to sell door to door otherwise you can't climb up the ladder at solcomm. My interviewer also spent time bragging about the money he makes and the car he drives and I thought that was unneeded. You also pay all the gas too for your driving, no company car or anything.
