Technical exercise as the first round and then a second interview on an actual site. Third is with the Management. First round exercise contains knowledge of basic java, unix, sql. Second interview is mostly a hands on experience in an actual warehouse. Usually 3rd one would be with the Management and there would be another one sometimes with the director.
