STE CONSULTANTS interview questions

Applied online, was quickly invited to submit a one way on screen video interview. Felt that it was a bit premature, feel that this company is very spam like, and rushed in their recruitment, not a whole lot of genuine interaction going on.

After submitting my application, I got a follow-up email said that STE would like me to complete a one-way video interview via Spikehire. The video interview included 7 questions. Each videos have a 1 minute limit, it will stop recording even if you are not done. However, you can retake your recording if you don't feel like you gave the best answer.
