Interview
The interview process was incredibly smooth and well-structured from start to finish. Communication was prompt and clear, timelines were respected, and the interviewers were friendly, professional, and genuinely interested. Each stage felt purposeful, with helpful insights provided about the role and company. I felt valued throughout and left the process with a strong, positive impression of the organization.

Interview
Two stage process- test at the beginning, have to pass the test to get through to next stage (face to face interview). Present you with two problems and you are required to work on it alone (approx 25 mins) and then discuss the answers with the interviewer.

Question 1
Didn't get through to the 2nd stage, made a couple of mistakes during the calculations but alot of my logic and working out were correct so it was quite harsh.
