Processo extenso e enrolado. Foram 8 entrevistas ao longo de 6 meses, com cancelamentos frequentes de última hora.
Fiz 2 entrevistas com RH, 2 com gerentes de projeto, 3 com sócios locais e 1 com diretora global. Exceto com RH, todas as entrevistas envolveram apresentação pessoal, resolução de case e perguntas em geral.
Não recebi feedback final da empresa.

Por que escolher a Systemiq? Qual é a sua motivação?
I interviewed with the internal recruiter, the Director of Sustainable Finance, and did a case study. Both first interviews were to check the fit and the case study was a mix of technical and situation base.

Technical and situation base case study on a consultancy project. A mix of behavioural questions were also asked.
There were 5 interviews with 3 case studies. Each of the case studies were within the specialization that the associate position falls under. Everyone was really nice and forgiving if you make mistakes. Sometimes takes a bit longer for feedback but ultimately a really transparent process.
