Meet with Partner or Office Manager. The job is broken down to you before you have to ask questions. Then they'll ask you about your skills. Interview process is not really long.

Its a decent process. You learn what the firm is about and what your role entails. The main partner is very personable and you learn alot just from that. It was an overall pleasant experience and you learn what to expect.
