Behavioral based questions. They don't care if you have the experience as long as you answer the questions "correctly". When I asked for feedback after I was not selected, I was told if I didn't have an example, I should make something up so I could be scored on the question.
9 out of 10 interviews are just for show. They already have someone in mind for the position and are just going through the motions. Why not just promote the person and save the money of an interview?
Also, if you are a minority, you probably won't get offered the position regardless of your experience. So much for diversity and inclusion.
