Rigorous interview process that MAY land you an opportunity to interview with the president. Once in this tier, he gets to entirely decide, no matter what the committee nominates, so at that point you have <33% chance of landing it. Read up on the priorities of the college and the leadership style.

They'll ask you a challenging scenario question mostly meant to see how you think or respond to a different leadership styles (are you a leader or follower). I don't think the challenging question is really related to the position.
