- First round was a recruiter call regarding my experiences, qualifications, start dates, nothing too crazy. - Second round was purely technical. It's up to your skills for this one. I had some difficulty, but I managed to push it through until the last second. - Third round is with HR and technical questions. I think I did OK on HR questions, and did terrible on technical questions as they were mostly theories and definitions which I did not prepare enough for and think does not always test how an employee will perform at a real job. It's like one of those exams at school. Overall, good experience and nice people. I would definitely try again, but I really despised the theory questions.
