I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Safe Streets USA (Melbourne, FL) in Sept 2015
Interview
I responded to a Craigslist ad for a "customer relations department" position for an undisclosed company for a salary that was $30-35k but TBD by the hiring manager. After a day or 2, I received a call for an interview. 3 days later, I arrived at the office. I was greeted by the lady behind the desk with, "Hi. Are you here for an interview?" I signed in, filled out the paperwork and proceeded into the interview. The interview was short. He explained that several positions were open: administrative positions with salaries in the low to mid $30,000s, management in the low to mid $40,000s and customer service reps that fall right about in the middle of admin and management. He also mentioned a training period where you would shadow an experienced employee to properly prepare you to be on your own. He said that he didn't make the final hiring decision and that within a week, someone would get back to me with an official offer. I accepted the offer and started orientation before the background check was complete. However, within 3 days of unpaid orientation and "training," (in another Craigslist ad for the same company, they advertised paid training) I came to the realization that I had actually been hired as a door-to-door commission based salesman and the entry level customer service position that was advertised would take at least 30-45 days of door-to-door sales to possibly 'move up' into at a different location. **BE VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY AND ITS SHADY HIRING TACTICS**
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Safe Streets USA (Rexburg, ID)
Interview
Very simple, it was a position that didn't need past experience, but more if I would be compatible with the company. I believe the interview process has changed since then,
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked what experience I had and how many hours I could work since it was near a college.
